User Agreement & Acceptance
By browsing our store, placing a Cash on Delivery order, or using any service provided at vibecart.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, please do not access or use our website.
1. General Conditions & Eligibility
- Vibe Cart is an online retail platform operating out of Karachi, Pakistan, specializing in trending gadgets, home products, and Vibe Scents fragrances.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or placing an order under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of `vibecart.pk` following modifications constitutes full acceptance.
2. Products, Pricing & Accuracy
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice prior to order placement.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product photography, colors, dimensions, and specifications accurately. Minor variations due to screen resolution or manufacturing batches do not constitute defects.
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer, discontinue items, or cancel orders arising from typographical or technical pricing errors.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Vibe Cart reserves the right to accept or decline any order (including suspect, fake, or incomplete orders).
- We may contact you via SMS, phone call, or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before courier dispatch.
- COD Doorstep Refusals: Customers with a history of repeated unprovoked COD package refusals or non-availability at delivery may be restricted from future COD ordering on Vibe Cart.
4. Shipping, Deliveries & Returns Policy
Order dispatch, delivery timelines, and return/exchange requests are strictly governed by our standalone Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Initial shipping charges remain non-refundable under all scenarios.
5. Intellectual Property & Content
All website content — including text, logos, photography, catalog assets, brand banners, and custom code — is the property of Vibe Cart and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Vibe Cart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our store or purchased products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
